Penn Street Rehab
As part of the spandrel arch rehab the contract also provided aesthetic coating and new lighting across and under the entire structure.
Rehabilitation of the concrete spandrel arches included
extensive removal limits that created complex concrete forming
of new floor beams as well as a precast decorative parapet.
